Privacy statement
Updated 11 October 2026. This describes the current website and contact with Growin. Hosting, processing locations, logs and operational retention settings, including the Microsoft 365 tenant location, still require confirmation before final publication.
Controller and contact
The controller is Michael Meier-Panelli – Growin Marketing, Rebhaldenstrasse 17, 9445 Rebstein, Switzerland. For personal-data enquiries, email michael.panelli@growinmarketing.ch. This statement covers the website and contact enquiries; processing carried out on behalf of campaign clients requires separate arrangements.
Browsing and technical data
To deliver pages, the server receives technical data such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. The site contains no analytics, advertising or visitor-identification tools. Storage in server logs depends on hosting: the provider, access controls and log retention must be defined before launch.
Cookie preferences
After you choose, your browser stores the technical preference growin-consent-v1 in localStorage for 180 days. It contains the choice, version and dates, includes no personal identifiers and is not sent to the server. You can change your choice in the footer. No analytics or marketing services are active. See the Cookie policy for details and limitations.
Email and contact form
The form prepares a message in your email application. The website does not send its fields to a database or retain them in browser storage. The message is sent only when you send it through your email application. We receive the name, company, email address and message you choose to provide to answer your enquiry and discuss a potential project. Growin uses Microsoft 365 / Outlook for business email. Tenant location, backups and retention settings remain to be verified. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Resource downloads
Resources can be downloaded directly without providing an email address. Downloads do not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a marketing contact in the website. The server receives the normal technical request data.
Booking with Microsoft Bookings
We use Microsoft Bookings, connected to Outlook, for the free 30-minute consultation, with a Microsoft Teams meeting. It opens only when you choose the link; no calendar is embedded on this site. Microsoft may process your name, email, time slot, notes and technical booking data. Microsoft 365 tenant location and applicable transfer arrangements still require verification; we do not guarantee exclusively Swiss or European residency, and processing in the United States is possible. Microsoft privacy and cookie information and settings apply on its service. You may email us instead of booking; our business email also uses Microsoft 365.
Purposes and grounds
We use information to provide the website, answer enquiries, organise appointments and protect the service. Swiss data-protection law applies. Where GDPR applies, requested pre-contractual steps rely on Article 6(1)(b), security and professional correspondence on the legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f), balanced against individual rights, and legal duties on Article 6(1)(c). Contacts are not automatically subscribed to newsletters. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Recipients can include people handling enquiries for Growin and necessary hosting, email and booking providers. Identities, countries and safeguards for unconfirmed providers must be completed before launch. Data should be retained only as needed for the enquiry or contract, legal duties and potential disputes, then deleted or anonymised. Specific periods and provider deletion settings still need configuration; this page does not attest that they are operational.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and, where provided by applicable law, restriction, objection and portability. Any consent may be withdrawn for the future. Identity verification may be needed; legal obligations may limit deletion. You may contact the Swiss FDPIC or, where applicable, the competent EU supervisory authority.
