A new IT event: 24 registrations against a target of 20
The event was entering a new territory without an established attendee base. We built a campaign taking the audience from discovery to registration.

Audience and message
The target included over 8,700 LinkedIn users across CIO, IT manager, system administration and security roles in companies with at least 200 employees. We focused on their needs, technology interests and reasons to attend.
A phased campaign
Communication began five weeks before the event, moving through awareness, consideration and conversion. Ads, InMail, email and segment-specific messages led to registration, supported by images, videos and carousels.
The result
There were 24 registrations against a target of 20: four more, or 20% above target. Registrations do not automatically mean attendance or sales. The campaign also reported 58,083 impressions and a 0.98% average CTR.
Results relate to the project described and do not guarantee outcomes for other campaigns.
